POLITICAL MENTORING PLATFORM
It is a space for interaction and growth created to connect young emerging leaders from all over Latin America, graduates of the CCPL Political Leadership Program, with experienced Christian mentors in the political, partisan, legislative and governmental spheres.
Its purpose is to bring to the new generations of leaders practical knowledge, real experiences, relevant training, strategic support, innovative ideas, influential connections and a network of support and professional growth that empowers them to impact their nation, from a deep and solid Christian perspective.
4 KEY COMPONENTS
“One on One” session format
Mentoring sessions will be one-on-one (one mentor and one mentee). There will be at least one monthly session, for 6 months, in person or by videoconference, depending on the mentor's availability.
Digital Support Platform
The CCPL has a specialized digital platform for mentoring processes that will allow us to carry out permanent monitoring, evaluation and adjustments during the six (6) months of the process.
Mentor-Mentee Matching
Matching is based on the subject area of the project and the specific support needs of the graduate. In 2025, the CCPL will do the matching, and in 2026, the digital platform will do it automatically.
Training for Mentors
Mentoring as a discipline is different from counselling, coaching and consulting, requiring specific skills. For this reason, CCPL, together with allied organizations, will offer courses and training in this area.
